How does your up-front pricing work?

We quote the full job in writing before we start — parts, labour, callout, the lot. If we open the wall and find something nasty, work stops and we call you with a revised quote. No variations get charged without your written approval.
Do you handle gas work as well as plumbing?

Yes. Frank and two of the team hold gas fitting tickets. We install cooktops, ovens, instant hot water, pool heaters and BBQ bayonets, and we issue a signed Certificate of Compliance on every gas job as required by Building & Energy WA.
