Train with a mate, partner or sibling. Two pairs of hands on the bar, shared programming, splits the bill nicely.
Five sessions over 3–4 weeks. Movement screen, baseline lifts, first real program. The fastest way to decide if we are a fit.

Just a barbell, a trap bar, a set of dumbbells 5–40kg, a sled, a few kettlebells and nine years of coaching people from first-deadlift nervous to competition platform. We train outdoors at Hyde Park and Robertson Park most mornings, we travel to home gyms across Leederville, Mount Hawthorn, Highgate and Mount Lawley, and we write programs you’ll still follow when we’re not watching.
