If your property manager or owner flags anything on the final inspection within 72 hours of the clean, we send a crew back to fix it at no extra cost. We only ask that you report it within that window and give us reasonable access.
The oven is included in every bond clean — racks, glass, trays, the lot. Carpet steam cleaning is a separate add-on because most leases require a professional steam clean with a receipt. We bundle both and send one invoice.
It is built from REIWA exit condition clauses — window tracks, door frames, skirtings, light fittings, range hood filter, shower grout, fly screens, cupboards inside and out, garage floor, and more. We email the signed checklist once the clean is finished.
