Trade ticket
Prices below are starting points for standard domestic work in the eastern corridor. You get a fixed written quote before I pick up a screwdriver.

Old ceramic fuses? Tripping constantly? Full compliant upgrade with RCDs on every circuit. Permits and Western Power notifications handled.

Not on the list?
If it's electrical and it's in a house — I probably do it.
About the sparky
Fifteen years on the tools in Perth. Started out on commercial fit-outs in Malaga, then went solo in 2017 to focus on domestic — real homes, real people, no boys in utes rotating through a franchise van. I turn up when I say I will, I quote up front, and I clean up after myself. If you need the switchboard pulled apart on a Tuesday morning, you deal with me, not a call centre.
What homeowners say
“Came the same afternoon to look at a burnt-out GPO. Diagnosed a bigger issue at the board, gave me a fixed price, and had the new RCDs in two days later. Left the place spotless.”
“Installed six downlights, moved a power point, and added a fan in our bedroom. Quoted on the spot, stuck to it, cleaned up every bit of dust. We will not use anyone else.”
“Had him do an inspection before settlement on our place in Bellevue. Found a dodgy earth the building inspector missed. Saved us a lot of grief. Straight shooter, good bloke.”
Common questions
Yes — WA Electrical Contractor License EC#13482 and Electrician’s License EW#164829. $20M public liability through CGU. Happy to email copies before any work starts.
For existing customers, yes — I keep a second phone on for no-power and unsafe situations outside standard hours. There is an after-hours rate on top of the callout, quoted before I come out.
Three-phase domestic installations — absolutely. Pool pumps, ducted AC, workshops, EV chargers. If it is heavy three-phase commercial I will refer you to someone who only does that.
If the work touches common property (external walls, meter box, roof void), I prepare the scope and electrical details your strata manager needs. I have done plenty of unit upgrades in Midland and Koongamia.
