Before you book
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — WA Electrical Contractor License EC#13482 and Electrician’s License EW#164829. $20M public liability through CGU. Happy to email copies before any work starts.
Do you do emergency or after-hours call outs?+
For existing customers, yes — I keep a second phone on for no-power and unsafe situations outside standard hours. There is an after-hours rate on top of the callout, quoted before I come out.
Do you work on three-phase?+
Three-phase domestic installations — absolutely. Pool pumps, ducted AC, workshops, EV chargers. If it is heavy three-phase commercial I will refer you to someone who only does that.
Can you handle strata approvals?+
If the work touches common property (external walls, meter box, roof void), I prepare the scope and electrical details your strata manager needs. I have done plenty of unit upgrades in Midland and Koongamia.
